Programmes · ON90 · OnLivit’s flagship programme

We transform your company in 90 days.

For when several problems are interconnected and action is needed on management, organisation, people, operations, sales, control or execution. We get into the problem, decide with you what to change and help carry it out, week by week, until your company runs on its own.

Compare with ON60 and ON120
  • 13weeks in 4 phases
  • 3weeks to get the plan
  • 20 hof your time in total
  • 4 to 8 hof senior leadership each week

What managing directors tell us before we start

  • “I’m selling more than ever and making less.”
  • “I don’t understand my P&L. Or I don’t believe it.”
  • “Everything goes through me. If I’m away for a week, it all stops.”

If you recognised yourself in two or more, ON90 is designed for you. It isn’t a lack of effort: it’s a lack of a system.

Why it works

Numbers and people at the same time

We analyse your P&L, your cash and your customers with the OnLivit Lab tools, and we listen to your team.

Your team makes the plan

We run the process; your team decides and commits. That’s why it gets delivered.

Rhythm is worth more than any document

A 30-minute weekly meeting, fortnightly follow-up and a monthly review. On day 91 the company keeps going on its own.

It’s measured

ON Check and indicators on day 0 and day 90. You’ll know how far you’ve come, not just what’s been done.

How ON90 tackles each bottleneck

Strategy and management

We set 3 goals with a figure and an owner, break them down into 90-day initiatives and review them every month with your leadership team.

Leadership and teams

We define who decides what, delegate complete responsibilities with clear limits and launch the 30-minute weekly meeting.

Sales and customers

We analyse which customers make you money and define your sales process and proposal follow-up so that selling doesn’t depend on you.

Operations and processes

We document the processes that fail most, set one indicator per process and review it every week until it stabilises.

Finance and purchasing

We analyse your P&L and your 13-week cash flow, and set up a monthly dashboard with margin, cash and debtor days.

Everything you get with ON90

We don’t hand over a report and leave: on day 91 your company carries on by itself, with its own follow-up rhythm.

  • Analysis of your P&L against your budget and your sector
  • 13-week cash flow forecast and analysis of your customers
  • Executive diagnosis with 3 root problems and 3 quick wins
  • ON90 action plan: objectives, initiatives, calendar, indicators, decisions and risks
  • Follow-up calendar set from day one
  • Monthly results dashboard: numbers and traffic-light indicators

Two real transformations

Family-owned industrial company · 75 to 150 people

From a committee of friends to a committee that decides with data

The owners made the decision on the basis of data and in time, and sold the company before the problem became irreversible.

See what we did

The management committee worked like a chat among trusted people: lots of talk, few decisions, and the numbers were never on the table.

  • We analysed the P&L and cash flow, and showed the owners the real risk of bankruptcy.
  • We turned the committee into a body that decides using data and KPIs.
  • We set up an action plan with an owner, a date and follow-up.
  • We supported the owners in preparing the sale.

US subsidiary of an industrial group

Cutting operating losses by more than half in a year

Forecast for the end of 2026: operating losses (EBITDA) more than 60% lower than in 2025.

See what we did

The subsidiary closed 2025 with significant operating losses and no clear view of which business lines and customers were causing them.

  • P&L by business line and by customer.
  • Plan for costs, prices and mix.
  • Reorganisation of the team’s responsibilities.
  • Weekly follow-up rhythm: decisions, owners, dates and KPIs.

This is a forecast, not a final result. We’ll update it when the year closes.

Programme capacity

Upcoming starts

ON60, ON90 and ON120 involve a senior OnLivit executive working directly with each company’s team. That’s why we limit how many programmes can start at the same time.

  1. October 2026

    Subject to scope

We have limited capacity. We need to understand the project’s scope before confirming a date.

  2. November 2026

    Available

We can consider starting a new programme in this period.

  3. December 2026

    No new starts

We don’t start new programmes during this period.

  4. January 2027

    Available

We can consider starting a new programme in this period.

  5. February 2027

    Subject to scope

We have limited capacity. We need to understand the project’s scope before confirming a date.

Why do we limit starts?

The programmes aren’t handed over to a junior team. Jordi or a senior executive from the team is directly involved in the diagnosis, the decisions and the follow-up of every company. To keep that level of involvement, we limit how many programmes we take on at the same time.

Would you like to book one of the upcoming starts?

What people usually ask

What kind of company is it for?

For companies, business units or leadership teams with several interconnected problems that need putting in order and transforming. Size is a guide, but complexity is what decides: if it’s more contained, ON60 fits; if it involves several units, levels or locations, ON120.

How much of my time will it take?

Around 20 hours over 3 months. Much of it in meetings you already have; the difference is that now they make decisions.

What if my team doesn’t get involved?

Your team decides the plan in the priorities workshop. People stand up for what they’ve decided themselves.

Do you need my numbers?

Yes: the P&L and your bank statement. They’re treated confidentially and used only for the programme.

Online or in person?

Online by default. The priorities workshop and the wrap-up session can be held in person if you prefer.

What happens on day 91?

Your team carries on by itself with the weekly rhythm. If you like, we stay on your management committee through executive participation, so the change isn’t lost.

How much does it cost?

ON90 starts at €9,500 + VAT. ON60 at €7,500, and ON120 at €12,500. After the diagnosis we send you a fixed proposal based on the scope. Travel, if needed, is invoiced separately.

What if I already have an adviser or consultancy?

We work with them, not instead of them. We get things moving: decisions, owners and follow-up until they happen.

What if my data isn’t reliable?

To act fast we need numbers we can trust. If your company doesn’t have a reliable base or the tools to use it, we build it first. We tell you during the diagnosis, before agreeing the price.

Can the programme be extended?

Yes. After the 90 days we can carry on with executive participation in your committee, with a monthly review of numbers and plan, or start another 90-day cycle with new goals. We decide together in the closing session, based on what your company needs.
