How it differs from ON90. ON60 focuses on a well-defined problem or a few areas. If the problems are interconnected and affect management, organisation and execution, ON90 is the right fit.

Why do we limit starts?
The programmes aren’t handed over to a junior team. Jordi or a senior executive from the team is directly involved in the diagnosis, the decisions and the follow-up of every company. To keep that level of involvement, we limit how many programmes we take on at the same time.
