For more than 15 years we’ve run companies, business units and teams in 11 countries. We’ve had P&Ls to balance, decisions that couldn’t wait and teams to get moving.
And we’ve also founded our own companies. So we know both sides: managing other people’s money and putting your own on the line.
Over the years we’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself, whatever the country, the sector or the size of the company: companies rarely stall for lack of ideas. They stall because things don’t happen.
