Hi, I’m Jordi.

If you’ve made it this far, you probably run a company or a team and feel that everything goes through you. You’re working harder than ever and yet what matters isn’t moving as fast as it should. I know that feeling because I’ve lived it from the inside.

For more than 15 years I’ve run companies and business units of multinationals in 11 countries. I’ve had P&Ls to balance, teams to get moving and decisions that couldn’t wait. I’ve also founded my own companies, so I know what it’s like to put your own money on the line and lie awake thinking about cash.

In all those places, across different cultures and languages, I’ve seen the same pattern: companies don’t stall for lack of ideas or talent. They stall because decisions get put off, because everything depends on a handful of people and because goals never turn into actions with a name and a date.

That’s why I created OnLivit. Not to hand you another report, but to make things happen.

This isn’t hot air. We take action.

The way I work is simple and demanding:

1. I start with your numbers, not a slide deck. Your P&L, your cash and your customers, analysed before I give an opinion.
2. Every meeting ends in decisions. With an owner and a date, in writing.
3. I stay until it’s delivered. Between 3 and 6 hours every week with your team, not a report and goodbye.
4. It’s measured. Where you were on day 0 and where you are on day 90.

I believe in leaders who help their people grow, who decide with data and who don’t need to be on top of everything for everything to work. I want to help you become that leader and build a team that pulls the company forward with you, not behind you.
